Monsanto banned from lobbying EU lawmakers after boycotting hearing
Weed killer giant Monsanto has been kicked out of the European Parliament. Its lobbyists were banned, after refusing to attend a hearing that was into whether secret studies into the safety of Monsanto products were flawed, or exaggerated for commercial ends.
